Care Tips
1. Place in cool area -
Place your flower bouquet in a cool room or shaded area. Please avoid placing your bouquet in a fridge / exposing your bouquet to direct extreme heat, ripening fruits, and direct sunlight.
2. Mist Daily -
Spray your flowers with clean tap water once a day. Hold the bottle 6 inches to 1 foot away from the flowers to ensure even coverage.
3. Remove wilted petals -
When flower begins to wilt, remove the wilted petals / the whole wilted flower from the bouquet.
4. Place your bouquet upright -
This is to prevent the water inside the waterbag from spilling out.

3) Write your message
- Type in your sweet message to your recipient. Keep it short and sweet (max 250 characters). If you'd like to remain anonymous, just don't type in any name in the message box.
4) Select your Delivery Date & Time
- Select “Shipping” if you require delivery or “Store Pickup” if you wish to collect in store.
- Select a time slot (12pm – 2pm) or (3 PM - 5 PM). Pick a slot where you're sure your recipient will be at the location. Dates & Time that are greyed-out are not available for Delivery / Pickup

5) Go to Checkout
Done? Super! Click the Checkout button.
If you selected “Shipping”. You will be required to provide recipient’s details.
6) Click Pay Now
