18. VALENTINE’S ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
18.1 ORDER TIME SELECTION
Please ensure that you select the correct delivery time when placing your order. We kindly ask that you adhere to the chosen time.
18.2 CHANGES TO TIME OR ADDRESS
Due to the high volume of orders and the complimentary delivery service, any changes for order between 4th February – 15th February to the selected delivery time, date or delivery address will incur an additional charge of RM50.
18.3 CHANGES TO DELIVERY DATE & TIME DURING VALENTINE’S PERIOD (Self Pickup Option)
During the Valentine's period, any requests to change the delivery date or time will incur an additional charge of RM50. If you wish to adjust your order delivery time or date, you may opt to pick up your order directly from our store without any extra charges. Please notify our sales team in advance if you choose this option, and ensure you coordinate the pickup details accordingly.
18.3 DELIVERY TIMING
While we strive to deliver your order at the selected time, please note that, due to high order volumes, your order may arrive earlier or later than expected. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
18.4 ORDER UPGRADES (BEFORE 9TH FEBRUARY)
You are welcome to upgrade your order before 9th February to a higher value product. Charges may applied according with the price difference. Please contact us before this date if you'd like to make any changes.
18.5 MESSAGE CARD CHANGES (AFTER 9TH FEBRAURY)
Any changes to the message card after 9th February will not be accepted. Please ensure that your message is finalized before this date.

Care Tips
1. Place in cool area -
Place your flower bouquet in a cool room or shaded area. Please avoid placing your bouquet in a fridge / exposing your bouquet to direct extreme heat, ripening fruits, and direct sunlight.
2. Mist Daily -
Spray your flowers with clean tap water once a day. Hold the bottle 6 inches to 1 foot away from the flowers to ensure even coverage.
3. Remove wilted petals -
When flower begins to wilt, remove the wilted petals / the whole wilted flower from the bouquet.
4. Place your bouquet upright -
This is to prevent the water inside the waterbag from spilling out.

- Type in your sweet message to your recipient. Keep it short and sweet (max 250 characters). If you'd like to remain anonymous, just don't type in any name in the message box.
4) Select your Delivery Date & Time
- Select “Shipping” if you require delivery or “Store Pickup” if you wish to collect in store.
- Select a time slot (12pm – 2pm) or (3 PM - 5 PM). Pick a slot where you're sure your recipient will be at the location. Dates & Time that are greyed-out are not available for Delivery / Pickup

5) Go to Checkout

If you selected “Shipping”. You will be required to provide recipient’s details.
6) Click Pay Now
